Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.

The 5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. 好久不見外星寶寶回顧回收基金20年成果環署花博辦展

環保署在1998年成立回收基金，負責管理台灣資源回收，向製造、輸入的業者收取基金，來對回收體系進行輔導與補貼。近期環保署在北市花博公園流行館，舉辦「循環再生-回收基金20年特展」，展期直到本月25日。

六七年級生應該有所印象，1989年的「外星寶寶」四色資源回收箱，帶起民眾做資源回收與分類的概念。展場中也出現令人懷念的，回收金屬類黃色「黃金鼠」、回收玻璃類綠色「翡翠蛙」，回收塑膠類紅色「紅辣椒」重出江湖。「回收基金20年特展」展出台灣資源回收的過去、現在與未來。包括近40家產業與學術單位，及全國22個縣市環保機關參與，包括靜態的展品與每日不同的各種演出與DIY教學。

回收基管會副執秘宋欣真指出，環保署成立前期除了以外星寶寶帶動回收分類與環境教育，並提出「公告應回收」項目開始，用年度回收率要求生產與輸入廠商負起責任。在1998年時正式成立回收基金，向製造、輸入的業者收取基金，來對回收體系進行輔導與補貼。公告應回收項目，從第一個保特瓶開始，目前已有13大類33項67種物質，而每年收取的回收基金也已達到50億元。

以拆解廢車零件製作機器人在門外吸睛。環保署展出包括車輛、電器、電子產品、紙與塑膠容器、各種電池目前的回收狀況，與最新研發的高值化技術。宋欣真指出，目前車輛的回收，以2017年為例，已回收100萬台，回收率達87％，而目前除了車座泡棉外，其他車上大小零件幾乎都已能回收。而座墊泡棉也已有技術再製為坐墊、汽車冷氣靜電濾網；而輪胎的部分，橡膠部分除了作為輔助燃料外，也可混入瀝青，將有防噪、防滑等優點，宋欣真表示，今年將在屏東潮州、嘉義水上兩地鋪設60公里。甚至，也有將廢輪橡膠應用在碳捕捉、廢水處理分離膜的技術。

在電子廢棄物方面，合稱「廢四機」的廢電視機、廢洗衣機、廢電冰箱及廢冷、暖氣機因體積、重量龐大，在規定販賣業者必須幫忙回收舊機後，得到六成以上回收率，再利用率更達八成以上。

不過，相對體積小的3C產品，回收率卻還有提高的空間，目前僅有六成的回收率，面對民眾普遍傾向留在家中當備品，卻越放越久、越積越多，宋欣真呼籲盡快讓廢3C進入循環中。電子廢棄物中可提出貴重金屬，目前的提煉技術也不斷進步，以黃金回收為例，目前以不需使用王水、氰化物的高腐蝕性、含有劇毒的方式來處理，新的剝金技術有無氰電解、無氰化學兩途，減低腐蝕性、不傷底材、廢液處理問題也大為簡化。

而廢液晶面板，也從過去只能掩埋，改善為液晶、玻璃等物質可分離取出，分別再生為液晶顯示器、液晶智慧窗、靶材、綠建材、重金屬吸附材料等。奈米孔洞玻璃可以在重金屬廢水吸附處理，與重金屬污染土壤酸洗系統上使用。

在電池方面，基管會同樣建議民眾盡早拿出來回收。目前車輛的鉛蓄電池，由於多直接在換新時就回收而較無問題。乾電池、車用電池在拆解回收前，還有「降階」利用的可能。電動車鋰電池在汰換時通常還有六至八成的電容量，可以轉戰緊急照明、儲能、不斷電系統；乾電池在電力尚未耗盡時，可以在鬧鐘、遙控器繼續使用。

民眾日常最常接觸的燈泡、塑膠、紙容器、玻璃等，目前回收再生的現況、最新技術也都有展出，民眾可以在理解回收的難易度、所耗用的能源後，對自身生活的物質使用做出選擇。2樓展區則以「一台胖卡Tour臺灣」，呈現各縣市環保機關資源回收的成果，工作坊課程並展現資收的創意與活力；3樓為「環保電影放映室」，透過影片完整呈現台灣各地落實資源回收的紀實。
